Display blinking issue

After update my S23 display is blinking sometimes in a specific area

Done restart & UI reset but still the same issue

Just a small area blinking multi color grains for few secondsSometimes I'm facing this issue, but only for a few seconds. It only happens when the screen is locked and then unlocked; it appears for two seconds maximum.
