Detailed notifications

When i change the notifications style from Brief to detailed the some issues happening 

Sometimes notifications pop up but no sound (silent)

Sometimes sound come buy no pop up 

I did reset factory and reset settings 

I still have the same issue 

Please is there any solutions for this 

Note: this only happens when i choose detailed notifications

- Do Not Disturb mode is currently disabled.
- Power Saving Mode is currently disabled.
- All notifications for the specific apps are enabled both within the apps themselves and in the device settings.
- All installed apps are up to date with the latest versions.
- Data Saving Mode is currently turned off.
- None of the app notifications mentioned have been put to sleep as unused apps.
- Vibration settings are properly configured.

I did all of this now but still the same

All apps bro

Remove all apps from sleeping apps and deep sleeping apps list

And turn off adaptive battery

I did this also still i have the issue
I think it's software issue
Because this issue only happens in detailed notifications option
And not happens with brief notifications option
