Concern Regarding Early Activation and Request for Warranty Correction – Galaxy S24 Ultra

Dear Samsung Gulf Support,

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra from Amazon.ae via a third-party seller on 05 July 2025. The phone arrived on 06/07/2025

Fully sealed with the original Samsung seal intact (under the TDRA sticker) - if requested i can send you the photo through email.

Wrapped with a transparent cover carrying the Eros Group seal - if requested i can send you the photo through email.

Featuring a valid TDRA QR code, which correctly redirected to the UAE government portal and displayed my device details

Upon unboxing, the device booted into the initial setup screen and showed no signs of prior use. However, I noticed that:

The Samsung warranty shows as starting from 01 July 2025, which is five days before my actual purchase date and device on ( DEVICE TURNED ON ON 06/07/2025)

The Samsung Care+ registration countdown in the device settings started from 60 days and currently shows 51 days remaining, further confirming that the device was first activated on 01 July 2025

While I understand that such activation could result from bulk registration or distributor-side processing (possibly by Eros Group or anyone), I am genuinely concerned whether the device might have been used or repaired before reaching me, despite appearing sealed and genuine.

Therefore, I kindly request the following:

1. Clarification from your side about whether any early activation of this kind can occur without the phone being physically turned on.

2. Assurance that the phone has not been previously used or repaired, based on your system records or IMEI status

3. Correction of the warranty start date to reflect my actual purchase date of 05 July 2025 or Activation date 06/07/2025.

I’m very disappointed that my issue remains unresolved and no proper investigation has been done. If the device was pre-activated without my knowledge, Samsung must identify how this happened and take action against any dealer or distributor involved.

This situation raises serious concerns, and I expect Samsung to look into it and provide a clear response as soon as possible.

You need to call customer care and tell them about this they will rectify if any disputes are there

many time i requested and emailed. directly contacted with service center. no resolution.

samsung must investigate why it get happen, i want to know is this box open before me or not. how to find by me as a common man.  if not opened i want to get warranty updated. my investigation found that, some distributors doing this without open the box for their promotional activities. but no evidence, samsung need need to investigate.

brother in this case you  need to  contact amazon &  raise a complain , as samsung care is not teling anything wrong .

you  need to clarify this with the seller &  raise a complain or exchange the product asap.

also note seal can be removed &  sealed back so be careful about buy this from outside sellers always.

• yah, possibilties, there. can u correct me. there is TDRA Sticket which is genuine and tested, that sticked above the seal. thats why i come here, if they can seal again how they could seal TDRA Original sticker ?.   i know stickers are available in the market. in 5 days of time how can they ?

Bro that's y I told u contacts amazon and raise complaint or exchange product now adays any thing is possible 🤔, but if there is no issues with product and only 5 days warranty is concerned you csn forget about it.
So the choice is urs now
