Charging problem

i noticed that i put my cell s7 edge on charge it was 89 and i went to take shower i came back after 15 mins then i saw it was 90% so i restarted my cell and it was 90% and after 3 mins it becomes 92 so why the charging of cell is stucked and when i remove cable and plugin again then it works fine whats the problem can anyone tell? is it just with me or anyone of you guys also?

It's difficult to tell. I have a suggestion from Google playstore there is an app called Ampere and then plug your phone and open the app. check the charging status with your charger or whatever the connected device.

ampere show its charging but in reall it stucked on 85%

Same here with Galaxy Tab S4, I charged my tablet with S20 Ultra charger it was 15% when it was charging after preparing for my school it took 5 mins after I came for my tablet it was 17%, normally for 5 mins it would take from 15%-25%.
