We are sorry to hear that the camera quality is not meeting your expectations.
Please try the following:
* Remove any protective film covering the camera lenses.
* Clean the camera lenses using a soft microfiber cloth.
* Open the Camera app and reset the camera settings (Camera > Settings > Reset settings).
* Test the camera in both Photo and Video modes, as well as with different zoom levels.
* Check whether the issue appears in all lighting conditions.
* Ensure your device is updated to the latest software version.
If the camera remains blurry after trying the above steps, we recommend visiting your nearest Samsung Service Center for a comprehensive inspection.
