I call samsung care and they tried all settings through remotely. It's not fixed. Now I have to take my phone to service center.
Please take care before updating.

Hi,
It is recommended to wipe your cache partition through recovery mode after every update and One UI 6.0 update is major. so it should solve your problem.

You have to turn off your phone, then either connect your USB-C headset or connect the device to a computer, then press and hold power and volume up button together to enter recovery mode.

Then use Volume key to move to "wipe cache" and press "power button" to select.

This will only wipe your device cache. No data will be harmed.

Good luck 👍

We appreciate your trust in Samsung, and we're here to assist you with the brightness issue you are facing on your device.
To help you resolve this concern, we recommend the following steps:
Turn Off Adaptive Brightness:
Go to your device's "Settings."
Scroll down and select "Display" or "Screen."
Look for the "Adaptive Brightness" option and turn it off.
Adaptive Brightness adjusts your screen's brightness based on the surrounding light conditions, and disabling it may help you regain control over the brightness settings.

Power Off Your Phone:
After turning off Adaptive Brightness, power off your phone completely.
Wait for a few seconds and then power it back on.
Rebooting your device can often resolve various display issues, including brightness inconsistencies.
