I have S7 EDGE UAE model. Even since I bought this phone the Bluetooth never turned on when I switch it on and sometimes it turns on by it self for a few minutes and goes off again. I was previously running Android Marshmallow so I thought it was a bug so I updated to Nougat hoping the problem will be fixed but still no luck
Same problem here. This has to be one of the silliest issues possible with a phone in today's day and age.
the same issue has been raised on every Samsung forum but it appears Samsung is busy releasing 20 new products and not concerned with fixing what was their flagship handset. I've done everything possible- cleared cache, hard reset on the phone, removal of all software.. nothing works... the bluetooth has a mind of its own. a cheaper Samsung phone works brilliantly. But this one... just plain out sucks.. I have the s7 edge btw
