S23 Ultra, November 1st 2023 security patch.
Bluetooth audio keeps going dead in various situations.
1 example : receive a call on Bluetooth. After you cut the call, youtube /instagram audio is muted via Bluetooth headset. You can increase or decrease volume. Doesn't help. Tried disconnecting device and reconnecting. Connects successfully. No audio.
Restarting phone helps.

I have a similar situation with earbuds 2 pro but I'm not sure if it's the earbuds itself or the phone connectivity.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you are facing with your phone following the installation of the last security patch.
To help resolve the issues you're encountering, we recommend performing a network settings reset by following these steps:

Navigate to device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Please exercise caution as this action will delete all network information such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
Performing this reset can often resolve connectivity-related issues and enhance the overall performance of your device. Otherwise, we kindly request you to visit the service center directly.

Finally I found solution by my self after trying many things in options, when you connect your Bluetooth headset go to ==> developer option, then ==> Bluetooth audio codec, then choose (sbc)

But the problem is everytime you connect the headset you will do same thing
