There are no issues in installing .apk files on android 11. I have downloaded many apps from apkmirror.com and its getting installed as before.Find attached screenshot for details. Note20Ultra Android 11.

Is the issue is specific to one application or it happens with all apk files? Did you check the compatibility of the tried app for android 11?
