AOD screen does not operate properly

My S7 edge AOD screen does not operate properly as the black pixels does not switch off and the screen looks a bit bright than usual. Any one has the same problem? your thoughts regarding this is much appreciated.f066c9ef-9aee-4f2f-af4f-ab5d34ca7cfe.jpg

In the attached photo, i have placed my device side by side with another s7 edge on which AOD is working properly.you can see that the whole screen of my device is ON, whereas on the other one, only the pixels that are displaying time are ON

this is indeed a strange issue, have you tried to clear cache of AOD?

i have tried clearing the cache , i have even reset my device once, but the problem persists.

i have same problem about my s7 edge. the aod background is grey. is there any solution about this problem. is it hardware problem or firmware problem ?
