Note 9 doesn't ring on incoming call after Android 10 first update

As per object, after last update (2020, January, 22) phone doesn't ring anymore on incoming call (audio is ok).

I tried reboot, cache wipe, etc. without good result.

Does anyone have the same issue?

Any solutions?

no, my note 9's doing good. May b some problem with speakers. check with service centre

Try to factory reset it, some applications are not compatible with android 10, therefore it is better to reset it and check before installing any application.
