Galaxy MThank you for reaching out.
If the Bluetooth status is not showing in the notification panel, please try the following steps:
1. Check if Bluetooth is enabled:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and make sure it’s turned on.
2. Force restart by pressing “volume down key + power” button until the device reboot. After reboot below action.
3. Go to Settings – Apps - One UI Home – Storage - Clear data.
4. Clear Bluetooth cache:
Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps (tap the three dots) > Bluetooth > Storage, then tap Clear Cache.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, we recommend visiting your nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center for further help : https://www.samsung.com/ae_ar/support/service-center/.
