Z fold 3 inner screen scratches

I opened up my z fold about 2 months ago in November, I gave removed the screen protector it came with and now I can see scratches in my phone, will it go my time?? Is it my nails causing this?

Please don't remove the screen protector and kindly visit the service center directly to check these scratches.
