Kindly try to soft reset your device: press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds
Try to clear the cache of the app: Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
