I would like to know why there is no report phone number to Community option in Samsung Call records? It can be useful within Samsung Community to know whether the phone number is scammer or not.
Check in call settings if you have anything thing saying blocked if you don't have then you must download the CallApp as it is better than Truecaller does not have ads well it has ads but does not have payment and it is not sell your or anyone's information to China at all https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.callapp.contacts
