Does anybody has unused promo code to purchase phone?

I got this attached voucher and just got expired before using. 

Or someone please helpt to get this voucher on my friends phone as most of them are using samsung wallet, is there any requirements to get this voucher ? Recently i had purchased a Flip 6 from Samsung store, is that the reason or they are giving it for everyone?

I want to apply the cash discount voucher,so that i can order it with my loyality points.

It doesn't work on the latest devices if you're looking for that, by the way even if it expired, if you make another 5 transactions you get it again, happened with me.
