Since I bought my new Galaxy A30 I'm having troubles with Google Drive. I downloaded all updates.
The problems are that my folders appears in blank or dont appear a all. I have the same issue if I want to upload a file. I can search for files and most of them appear at search results but others don't. I'm not being able to manage Google Drive from my phone and that's a critical app for me.
Hi dear, Usually there is nothing samsung can do when a third-party app fails to work.
What you can go right now is,, long press on the Google drive icon, select app info, from there select storage, and select the option clear data. Open drive again and let us know the result.
