Kindly note that PIN reset and device unlocking depend on the security features enabled on the device, such as Samsung Account verification and device protection policies.
Please try the following steps:
- Ensure that the device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Confirm that the same Samsung Account is logged in on the locked device.
- Try using the Find My Mobile service instead of SmartThings:
Visit: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ - Log in with your Samsung Account and check if the “Unlock” option is available.
- If the unlock option is not available, it may be due to security settings (such as Remote unlock not being enabled previously on the device).
- Please note that for security and privacy reasons, if the device cannot be unlocked using the registered account, it cannot be bypassed remotely.
