I'm getting "Config data fetching failed" toast message

Offenly I'm getting this error on my screen. How to solve this problem. As per customer service assist I switch to safe mode. In that time I'm not getting this toast message error. I am not using any 3rd party apps.

I think it's due to some of the Apps. I just reset my mobile phone. Now I'm not getting that error Toast message. I don't know due to which App its happening like that.
