I'd like to know if this is a bug, error or something else.

I was trying to free up some space from my internal memory by clearing up and moving stuffs to my sd card.
See in the picture that it indicates that an app uses my external memory. It's hard to justify my point. But, my internal memory didn't free up my space instead the memory space stays the same. I don't know why, but I assume there's something wrong.
The apps I moved still works properly. That gave me the confusion if it's a bug, error or some kind mishandling the storage. idk. Maybe I'm wrong.
