Duplicate Apps

Looking through permissions for apps and noticed there are a number duplicates that are linked to a google work profile.

Tried to delete them but don't seem to have authority, says to contact my work IT Administrator.

How can I get rid of these useless apps that are taking up space and more importantly have default permissions to major functions
