Default dictionary app.

Is there any option to change the default dictionary app? It will be so helpful if there is a provision to choose our favourite dictionary app as default. Thank you.

What's the default dictionary app? I've always thought one could install any dictionary app they like? Can you elaborate?

Tap and hold any text from any app. Then tap on the three dots that appear on the tool bar. We can see a 'dictionary' there. But no option to use our favourite dictionary.

Hi, if you have any dictionary application installed in your phone it appears automatically. Currently I am using two dictionaries. You may decide to choose the default Samsung dictionary or the one you installed.

Can you please describe how to choose that? Which device you are using?

I am using note 10+. I have another English dictionary app that 8 installed from Google Play store. select the word and click on the 3 option button, the default samsung dictionary will show dictionary while the one you installed in my case is called English.

I have also installed another dictionary. But here after selecting the word I see only dictionary.
