Charging problem - A71

My A71 showing charging problem.

I tried my friend's charger my phone is charging, i think my charger has problem but my charger is working when I tried on my friend's mobile.

I am confused.

Same thing happening in my A50, sometimes it just charge when I completely turn it off

Hello Bino, is your device showing any error messages during charging? What's your exact issue with charging? Some problems occur if there is dust or moisture in the charging port. Dry it and clean it well, carefully.

Ok, make sure your charging cable is working perfect and it's pin is clean and dry. Your device's port also. You may perform a soft reset also.
