Community GuidelinesIt’s not necessary to remove all applications from the Deep sleep list. You only need to remove the ones you use regularly (like messaging, email, music, or fitness apps) so they work properly in the background. Leaving less important apps in Deep sleep is actually good, since it helps save battery.
So, best approach:
Keep essential apps out of Deep sleep.
Let non-essential ones remain there for better battery life.

Community GuidelinesIf you remove apps from the Deep Sleep list, they won’t be automatically added back by the system. You’ll need to manually re-add them by navigating to:
Battery & device care → Battery → Background usage limits.
While the system might move unused apps to the Sleeping apps list, it will not place them back into Deep sleeping apps on its own.
