they don't care about anything you say on the forum I have said 10 time im not happy with the service I'm getting and not one person from Samsung asked me why or gotten back to me so you wasting your time
I have the same problem.got my phone in march and still waiting to find out what I'm getting from Samsung I have semd emails and even said something in this group and no feed back think I'm going the social media way
I have emailed tell us and even verify@samsung and I'm still waiting for feed back from them on what I'm getting with my phone and I was one of the fisrt to get my s20 when they came out
