I can understand your pain. Samsung have the least consideration to customer health issues caused by their products. I hope they accept your S24 and Tab9 return and provide you full refund. They are not accepting my S24 Ultra return and not providing...
What would you do with this information? They aren't interested in helping or providing a resolution. They haven't done anything since last 3 months. I just need refund of my money as I don't wish to continue with samsung anymore.
Nothing like that. Smartphones from One plus and Huawei have higher PWM values and have excellent displays with no reduction in accuracy. Samsung is only behind providing brighter screens and ignoring issues caused by PWM which is not acceptable.
