Watch One UI 5 issues during exercise

I own a Galaxy Watch 5 and the problem I'm facing since the latest One UI 5 update is that when you start an exercise like push-ups, it starts 3..2..1..and a notification pops up each time (Double press back button during workout to record...) which is really frustrating. Also earlier sit-ups exercise used to have 3 sets of 10 reps each but now no sets..the number of set remains 1 and it just keeps counting the reps. Similar for other exercises.

It's weird I have the same watch that I bought from here:

and it is doing fine. I use it for many kinds of exercise but never faced this issue, maybe it is something with the settings

Have you updated it to the latest watch One UI 5? Mine also was working fine before the update.
