WearablesDear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Mild skin irritation can sometimes occur when wearing a smartwatch for extended periods, particularly if moisture, sweat, soap residue, or friction becomes trapped between the watch and the skin. However, persistent redness, itching, rash, swelling, or discomfort should not be ignored.
We recommend the following:
Remove the watch and allow the affected skin area to recover.
Clean both the watch body and strap regularly using a soft, dry cloth.
Ensure the skin and watch are completely dry before wearing the device.
Avoid wearing the watch too tightly and allow some airflow between the watch and your skin.
If using a third-party strap, consider switching to a different material to determine whether the irritation is related to the strap.
Avoid wearing the watch continuously for extended periods, especially during sleep if irritation is present.
If the skin irritation persists, worsens, or appears to be an allergic reaction, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional for proper medical advice.
