2. Navigate: Settings. Connections. Mobile networks.

3. Mobile plans.

4.Reset all mobile plans.

5. To continue, review the info then tap the. Radio button icon. to agree.

6. To confirm, tap reset button

Hello,

Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the latest software update, you may try to reset the network settings, from Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Otherwise, you should visit the service center directly.
