Hello Samsung guys,
Am up to use my galaxy fit E with my A50 mobile phone but whenever i open the galaxy wearable app to connect it, it keeps asking me to update. However, when i press the update button it's just keeps buffering.
Kindly find the attached screenshots for your convenience.
Please provide me with the solution ASAP.

may be some server problem or u can power off then restart your fit band and then update hope it will work

do you mean restart my mobile phone? as i cannot control my fit band at all
