Wearables
Being honest.. Samsung need to put more effort on the ecosystem, I have a watch 7, and the integration between the watch and the phone is not that good, notifications is sooo much messy, even with the settings, I'm getting a notification on the mobile, 1 hour later I'll get it on the watch even after clearing that one.
Apple did it much better I hope samsung catch up to that

Wearables
I understand your concern. Samsung is constantly improving the Galaxy ecosystem, and notification syncing between phone and watch is one area they are working on. In the meantime, you can try these steps to improve the experience:
1. Galaxy Wearable App Settings
Open the Galaxy Wearable app → Watch settings → Notifications.
Make sure “Show phone notifications on watch” is enabled and set to “Show on both phone and watch” for better syncing.
2. Battery & Optimization Settings
On your phone, go to Settings → Battery → Background usage limits and ensure the Galaxy Wearable app and Samsung Health are not restricted.
Also check Settings → Apps → Galaxy Wearable → Battery → Unrestricted. This prevents delayed notifications.
3. Clear Watch Notifications Quickly
Enable “Turn on screen for notifications” so they appear instantly on the watch.
You can also sync notification dismissals (if cleared on phone, it clears on watch).
4. Keep Software Updated
Ensure both your phone and Galaxy Watch 7 are running the latest software/firmware, as Samsung regularly improves notification handling.
While Samsung’s ecosystem still has room to grow, these steps usually reduce the delay and make notifications more reliable. Hopefully, we’ll see even tighter integration with upcoming One UI Watch updates.
