We recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that both your phone and Galaxy Buds are updated to the latest available software version.
- Disconnect and reconnect the Galaxy Buds from the Bluetooth settings.
- Reset the Galaxy Buds through the Galaxy Wearable application.
- Clear the cache of the Galaxy Wearable app and restart the device.
- Test the Buds with different applications to determine whether the issue is application-specific.
If you are using UHQ Audio settings, temporarily disable and re-enable the feature and verify whether the issue persists after a device restart.
