So, I really don't know how I got here and whether or not it's where people put their issues with the app but here’s my question:

Why is it that 4K videos don't have preview images (thumbnails) on the app! I really find it hard to locate a video. It's all black.

3. Ensure the device software is updated to the latest version.
4. Open the Gallery app and allow some time for media indexing to complete.
