Using play store i think you have to go through each app you've signed for a beta testing program separately .then cancel it

The problem with the system, not the applications, is registered as a beta version, not the official Android 16 system, but the beta

I would recommend you to use a pc
Then try smart-switch and see what happens

Both must be updated

Unfortunately, I do not have a computer or laptop. I updated my phone at a programmer's shop. My phone was running on Android 14. The programmer installed the Android 15 system. Then I entered the settings. I pressed on the software update. There appeared to be an update. It was 20.0. I installed it and usually the phone started again. I found there was an update called 21.0. It was updated and restarted. Until I found an update. 24.0 update installed. The phone restarted. The system changed from Android 15 to Android 16 interface 8.0. I found in the program information and searched. It turned out that it was the beta version. When I entered, I found it. Update 25.0 updated and installed but my phone still runs on Android 16 experimental system for the programmator The owner of the shop did not update the phone but installed a new system Android 15 but why when I stayed up to the latest settings turned to 16 demo and my question is will I be sent the official Android 16 system and when do I live in Yemen

Thank you for contacting us.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to solve the issue. After completing all steps, check whether the issue has been resolved or if it still exists.

Here are the troubleshooting steps you can try for your issue:

Step 1: Opt Out of the Beta Program
• Open the Samsung Members app on your Galaxy F55 5G.
• Tap on the "Support" or "Get Help" section.
• Look for an option related to the "One UI Beta Program" or "Android 16 Beta" status.
• Select the "Withdraw" or "Unenroll" button.
After you unenroll, Samsung will send an Over-The-Air (OTA) update within 24 hours to roll your device back to the latest stable public version.

Step 2: Roll Back to the Stable Version
There are two methods to complete the rollback after unenrolling:

Method A: Using Samsung Smart Switch (Recommended for Data Backup/Restore)
• Back up your data using the Smart Switch PC application.
• Connect your Galaxy F55 5G to your computer using a USB cable.
• Launch the Smart Switch application.
• The application should detect that your device is using a beta version and offer a "Downgrade" option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to install the stable public OS version (this will reset your device).
• After the downgrade, use Smart Switch to restore your data.

Method B: Waiting for the OTA Update
• After opting out through Samsung Members, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
• You should receive a notification to install a large update file that will restore the stable OS.
Note: Installing this update will erase all data on your device. Ensure your data is backed up to a cloud service before proceeding.

Fixing Non-Working Apps (e.g., Game Plugins)
Some apps, such as Game Plugins, may not function correctly on beta software. After rolling back to the stable OS, these apps should work normally. If an app has its own beta program, you may also need to leave it through the Play Store:
• Open the Google Play Store.
• Tap your profile icon (top right).
• Tap Manage apps & devices > Beta tab.
• Select the app and tap Leave.
• Uninstall and reinstall the app to download the stable version.
