TabletsKindly try to clear the keyboard’s cache and data.
Navigate to and open Settings, then tap Apps, and then tap the sort icon. Tap the switch next to Show system apps, and then tap OK.
Next, select Samsung Keyboard, then tap Force stop, then tap OK when prompted. On the same screen, tap Storage. Tap Clear data, and then tap Delete. This will erase all your keyboard settings, including saved words.
If the issue presists, please send an error report, and you will get a response from the experts in this field, through the Samsung Members application
1-Launch the Samsung Members application on your device.
2-Go to "Support", scroll down, and select "Send Feedback".
3-Select Send error report
4-Select the appropriate category for your issue.
5-Make sure to select "Send System Log Data" to facilitate quick resolution. Please describe your issue in detail.
6-Adjust the frequency settings to your preference.
7-After submitting, you will receive a notification of the response from Samsung shortly.
