I'm not sure but try below steps,

Setting > accessibility > vision enhancement > reduce transparency and blur.

I think it'll work.

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern.

You need to make the troubleshooting steps below to solve the problem. After completing all the steps, check to see if the issue is resolved or if it still exists.

How to Restore the Blur Effect

Try these steps to fix the missing blur:

1. Check Accessibility Settings:
A specific setting might be enabled that reduces visual effects.

  • Go to Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements (or Visibility enhancements).

  • Find the option "Reduce transparency and blur" and ensure it is toggled Off.

  • If it’s already off, try turning it On, restarting your phone, and then turning it Off again.

2. Use the "Good Lock" App (Theme Park module):
Samsung offers advanced customization through its Good Lock suite.

  • Download and open the Good Lock app from the Galaxy Store.

  • Download the Theme Park module within Good Lock.

  • In Theme Park, navigate to the Quick Panel section, where you should find options to adjust the blur level and transparency manually.

3. Clear System Cache:
Corrupted temporary system files after a major update can cause visual glitches.

  1. Turn off your phone.

  2. Connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable.

  3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears to enter Recovery Mode.

  4. Use the volume keys to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and the power key to select it.

  5. Select "Yes" to confirm, then select "Reboot system now".

4. Force Stop One UI Home and Change Wallpaper:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > One UI Home > Force Stop.

  • Go back to the Home Screen settings and change your wallpaper to a default Samsung wallpaper, then change it back to your preferred one.

  • This has worked for some users with a similar issue.

5. If the Issue Persists:
If the blur remains absent after these steps, it might be an intentional design choice for your specific model on One UI 8.
