When I use the keyboard to reduce the volume or stop the video in movies, it does not respond. Are there specific settings? Thank you

If you're experiencing issues with your Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 where the keyboard does not respond to volume or playback controls during video playback, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue. Here’s what you can do:

- Open Settings: Go to the “Settings” app on your Galaxy Tab S9.
- Tap on General Management: Scroll down and tap on “General Management.”
- Select Language and Input: Tap on “Language and input.”
- Tap on Physical Keyboard: Under the “Physical keyboard” section, ensure that the correct keyboard is selected.
- Check Key Mappings: Some keyboards allow you to customize key mappings. Ensure that the volume and media keys are mapped correctly.

Resetting app preferences can sometimes resolve issues with app functionality.

- Open Settings: Go to “Settings.”
- Tap on Apps: Select “Apps.”
- Reset App Preferences: Tap on the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select “Reset app preferences.”

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.
