TabletsIf you're experiencing issues with your Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 where the keyboard does not respond to volume or playback controls during video playback, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue. Here’s what you can do:
- Open Settings: Go to the “Settings” app on your Galaxy Tab S9.
- Tap on General Management: Scroll down and tap on “General Management.”
- Select Language and Input: Tap on “Language and input.”
- Tap on Physical Keyboard: Under the “Physical keyboard” section, ensure that the correct keyboard is selected.
- Check Key Mappings: Some keyboards allow you to customize key mappings. Ensure that the volume and media keys are mapped correctly.
Resetting app preferences can sometimes resolve issues with app functionality.
- Open Settings: Go to “Settings.”
- Tap on Apps: Select “Apps.”
- Reset App Preferences: Tap on the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select “Reset app preferences.”
