S9 Update - Kuwait

Why is the update to One UI 6.0 still not out in Kuwait for the Galaxy tab s9? This is supposed to be their flagship device and still no device updates? My security patch update is dated August 1, 2023. I tried using Smart Switch with my PC and no updates were offered.

The device should be updated on Android 14 since November 2023. Try to update the device through Smart Switch app. You may find the steps from the following link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/. Otherwise, visit the service center directly.

I have tried updating through smart switch but the option to update is not there. I have also took the device to the local service center based on the instructions of your online support and they have also told me that the update is not available on their "servers". There are multiple complaints from my region that the update is not there for the Tab S9 series. This needs to be investigated.
