happens to all tabs especially andriod because of apps unstable nature, low ram or memory, low space or even viruses it can also happen normally because of very high usage of games or other task also can happen when charging but its appreciated if you dont use your tab while charging its just bad.
i am not saying i am against samsung or even andriod its just the fact but thts the only con of andriod. I myself use a s7fe5g and have same problem but got fixed when i cleared device cache but it can be from numerous factors.
