لاستعادة البيانات من النسخ الاحتياطي للمجلد الآمن (Secure Folder Backup)، يُرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:

إذا كنتم قد قمتم بتفعيل ميزة "النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة" (Backup and restore) ضمن إعدادات المجلد الآمن مسبقًا، يمكنكم محاولة الاستعادة من هناك.
1. افتحوا "المجلد الآمن" (Secure Folder).
2. اضغطوا على النقاط العمودية الثلاث الموجودة في الزاوية العلوية اليمنى.
3. انتقلوا إلى "الإعدادات" (Settings) > "النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة" (Backup and restore) > "استعادة" (Restore).
4. اختاروا الجهاز والنسخة الاحتياطية المطلوبة، ثم حددوا المحتوى واضغطوا على "استعادة الآن" (Restore now).

للتحقق من النسخ الاحتياطي لصور Google (Google Photos Backup):
إذا كانت لديكم مزامنة لصور Google مفعلة قبل نقل الملفات إلى المجلد الآمن، يُرجى التحقق من سلة المهملات في تطبيق صور Google، حيث تظل العناصر موجودة لمدة 60 يومًا قبل حذفها بشكل دائم.

بخصوص برامج استعادة البيانات الخارجية:
يمكن استخدام برامج استعادة البيانات التابعة لجهات خارجية، ولكنها عادةً ما تتطلب صلاحيات الروت (root) للجهاز أو قد تستلزم دفع رسوم. ومع ذلك، فإن نجاح استعادة الملفات المشفرة في المجلد الآمن غير مضمون بهذه الطريقة.

Restore from Safe Folder Backup (Secure Folder Backup): If you enable the “Backup and Restore” feature (Backup and restore) Within the pre-safe folder settings, you can try to restore from there.

open the “Safe Folder” (Secure Folder).

Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

go to “Settings” (settings) > "Backup & Restore" (Backup and Restore) > "Restore" (Restore).

Choose the desired device and backup, then select the content and press Restore Now (Restore now).

Google Photos Backup Check: If you have an enabled Google Photos sync before moving files to the secure folder, check the trash can in the Google Photos app, where items stay for 60 days before permanent deletion.

External data recovery software: Third-party data recovery software can be used, but it usually requires root powers for the device or may require fees, and even so, the success of recovering files encrypted in the secure folder is not guaranteed.

We strongly recommend that you enable automatic backup of your data regularly in the future to prevent such losses.

Unfortunately backup is no longer supported in Secure Folder.
