Hey everyone,

Anyone else having the same problem as me?

For the past two weeks or so, I haven't been getting my reward points when I use Samsung Wallet for payments.

Regarding Samsung Rewards points, kindly note that reward points may take some time to appear after eligible Samsung Wallet transactions.

Please ensure that:

  • Samsung Wallet and device software are updated to the latest version.
  • You are signed in with the correct Samsung Account.
  • The transactions were completed successfully using Samsung Wallet.
  • Kindly note that Samsung Rewards points are usually credited within 14 days after the purchase or eligible transaction.

-Wallet & device software is updated on time
-yes i am signed in always
-all the card transactions and the eligible online transactions i make through Samsung wallet.
-14 days is already passed for those eligible transactions. And normally the rewards are updated instantly for me this is first time i am facing this long.
