Hi, no error messages. It either shows completed or it keeps the timer on.

Ok. Seen. Have you tried uninstalling [to base] and then reinstalling [or updating]?

Tried that already, no luck. It may be a software issue on my phone.

Ok. It is most unusual. I've never seen this issue. Is your firmware stock? Is your NFC on at the time of usage?

we apology for this experience would you try these steps :
1-Make sure that the phone and the app on the last update
2- Restart the phone
3- Reinstall the app
