لاحظت أن تطبيق Samsung wallet بما فيه من كلمات مرور وبطاقات عضوية وبطاقات دفع أزيل من هاتفي ويحتاج لتسجيل دخول مرة أخرى، فلما أعدت تسجيل الدخول لم أجد أية بيانات، هل لديكم تفسير لذلك؟ 

أرجو المساعدة

I noticed that Samsung wallet not founded, when I wanted to access again I realized that all access passwords and bank cards and membership cards has been removed. 

Is there anybody can interpret to me?

Please help

نفس المشكلة عندي في الساعة. يبدو اني سأقوم بإرجاع هذه الساعة الفاشلة

نريد أن نتأكد إن كان السبب من الشركة، لأن نقاط الشراء التي اكتسبناها زالت أيضا.

المشكلة من سامسونج. عندي ٥ بطاقات من بنوك مختلفة وكلها يتم ازالتها في نفس الوقت

1. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
2. Go to the Settings => select Device Care =>Optimize now.
3. Go to setting => apps => wallet app=> storage => clear cache.
4. Run a diagnosis test via Member app :
Download Samsung member app from Galaxy store then open the app => diagnosis => Phone diagnosis.
