- In the Samsung Health app, go to Workout settings > Audio guide voice and confirm the correct language/voice is selected.
- Make sure the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are connected and set as the active audio device when you start the workout.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Buds before starting a workout.
- Restart your phone and Buds, then retry the workout with audio guide.
- In the Galaxy Wearable app, check that media and notification permissions are granted for voice prompts.

Since the issue persists across different audio outputs, this indicates that the behavior is likely related to the Samsung Health app or system-level functionality rather than the earbuds themselves. Kindly try the following additional steps:
- Please go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage and clear cache only, then restart the device.
- Ensure that text-to-speech services are enabled and functioning correctly by going to Settings > General management > Text-to-speech, and confirm a default engine is selected.
- Check that Samsung Health has all required permissions enabled, including microphone, media, and notifications.
- If the issue continues, please uninstall Samsung Health, restart the device, then reinstall the app from the Galaxy Store and test again.
- If the audio guide still does not work after these steps, we kindly request that you submit an error report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the issue. This will allow our technical team to review the system logs and investigate the behavior further.
