Let me do the clarification as requested in 2022 I purchased Tab S8 ultra with one year free samsung care+ unfortunately I'm not aware of samsung care+ I have to do it online myself I thought is already with it. After two months the screen got broken and I was told I didn't have samsung care+ which it's free. I had to pay 1500AED for replacement and they removed my warranty as well because I couldn't fix the frame little scratch. Very annoyed. This time I got S23 ultra and I have to pay for Samsung care+ again this is unbelievable because I have lost 1500AED for my tab S8 ultra
