Can anyone help me. I can't use my entertainer voucher code. 

Below screenshot is the error.

Make sure you are downloading Samsung Entertainer from Galaxy Store.

I have been looking for help but unfortunately I couldn't find anything that might help you.

All I can recommend is to uninstall entertainers, reinstall it from Galaxy Store, and try again.
