Software Update Issue

My device is not showing any recent updates.

I bought this device in may 2019 and since then everyday I check for the updates but till now I didn't receive any such.

Normally Samsung will release security update every month for all devices.better contact customer care

format ur phone ....you can get updates or try to pc with smart switch

was it a used phone or from unauthorized seller ?
I guess the phone might be rooted!
