It sounds like your back speakers are in pairing mode, indicated by the blinking blue light.

Here are some steps to help you connect them to your Samsung Q Symphony surround sound system:

Check Power and Connections:

Ensure that the back speakers are properly plugged into a power source.Verify that the soundbar and subwoofer are also correctly connected and powered on.

Manual Pairing:

Unplug both the soundbar and the rear speakers.Plug in and power on the rear speakers first.Press and hold the ID Set button on the back of the rear speakers for about 5 seconds until the blue light starts blinking rapidly.Plug in and power on the soundbar. The rear speakers should automatically pair with the soundbar.

Reset and Reconnect:

If the above steps don’t work, try resetting the soundbar and rear speakers.Unplug the soundbar and rear speakers for a few minutes.Plug them back in and repeat the manual pairing process.

Check for Interference:

Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices that might interfere with the Bluetooth connection between the soundbar and the rear speakers.

Firmware Update:

Make sure your soundbar and speakers have the latest firmware updates. You can check for updates in the Samsung SmartThings app or on the Samsung website.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you might want to contact Samsung Support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed troubleshooting specific to your model.
