@Samsung, every time a new update was released, older phones are always left behind in the scenes. Always waiting for few days, weeks and months before an avid customer can experience into their hands. We cant blame anyone who are complaining of a slow actions made by Samsung which they always do. We appreciate the fluidity of the One Ui operating system which I think people loved to stay due to the fact that it was good. However, we can't deny also that there are other Android company's that are more advance and competent with their OS. I wish it will not continue to happen and Samsung will find a way to synchronise the live updates of the software in all devices in the future.

This is the reason Samsung fails to retain the customers. You are valuable only till the release of new models.

Yes, this might be one of the reason 🤔 not considering a long standing customer as valuable asset, only because they focused on the newly released devices.

Does Samsung only do that?? How about other android devices?? Do they release the update at once for all devices same day, same time??

I not sure if what I am going to say is right or wrong, the difference between apple and Samsung, is that apple owns the OS while Samsung gets the OS from Google and then Samsung customises it accordingly, maybe that's the reason why old devices are always late.

Yeah think so, Apple owned its OS and have control over the system which they can released the software same day and time in all their devices.

You know its not really the case, even Samsung depends on Google OS android version, the oneUI was developed by Samsung independently and based on the final android version released. Hence, Samsung has the full control of releasing the stable UI after the beta period and that should be synchronise to all.

Yes, I just mentioned that Samsung customises Google OS accordingly, which is the OneUI.
I mean that Samsung or maybe all android devices, have 2 phases
Phase one : Google OS release for each device specifications
Phase two: the customization for each device specifications
I am still not sure if I am right or wrong, but maybe having several android devices from different companies may be helpful to check whether Samsung does that in purpose or just too many devices too many specifications and too many customization for each.
