Regarding the repeated message related to Gemini, this may happen due to compatibility limitations with Google Family Link. At the moment, some features of Gemini are restricted on supervised (child) accounts, which can cause continuous prompts.
Kindly try the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Gemini.
- Tap “Disable” (if uninstall is not available).
- Clear cache and data for the app.
- Ensure the device is updated to the latest software version.
- If the issue continues, you may also check Family Link settings to review app permissions and restrictions.
Regarding the power button not working:
- Please try restarting the device using on-screen options (Quick Panel > Power icon).
- You can also enable Assistant menu or Accessibility menu to access virtual buttons (Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity).
- Since the power button is a hardware component, if it is not responding consistently or causing unexpected shutdowns, we recommend visiting the nearest authorized service center for proper inspection.
